On Tuesday November 12th, I will be joining a host of local poets, including Gene Barry, at VISUAL Gallery and Theatre in Carlow. Poetry readings interspersed with short films by Pauric Brennan, served up with wine and food from Lennon's Restaurant. Tickets E10. Event starts 8pm.
Upcoming Reading: Leaves Festival of Writing and Music
On Sunday 10th November at 2.30pm, I'll be joining writer John MacKenna and other special guests for the closing event of the Laois Leaves Festival. The readings take place in the atmospheric surrounds of the St. Brigid's church in Ballintubbert, where Cecil Day Lewis' father once ministered. Followed by supper [...]
